Ukrainians were shown how to obtain pension certificates without visiting the PFU.

Insured individuals actively contact the Pension Fund of Ukraine with requests to issue them certificates OK-5 and OK-7. These certificates contain personal information about the insured person from the State Register of Compulsory State Social Insurance.
The "Khvylya" journal reports on other ways to obtain these certificates.
Experts from the Pension Fund have named several possibilities:
- In person at any service center of the Pension Fund, presenting a passport and a certificate of tax number assignment;
- Online through the portal or mobile application "Diia";
- Online on the electronic services portal of the Pension Fund or in the "Pension Fund" mobile application.
The OK-5 certificate is issued for any period from 2000 and contains data on income for pension calculation, insurance seniority, and paid insurance contributions. It also provides information about acquired insurance seniority and salary that will be considered when assigning a pension.
A detailed instruction on obtaining OK-5 or OK-7 certificates through the Pension Fund portal can be found below:

- Confirm consent to the processing of personal data and send the request.
- After a few minutes, check the "My requests" section to view the generated certificate.
