Ukrainian refugees are lured home with armor from the army, but with one condition.

The Ukrainian government is ready to provide deferments from mobilization to refugees who return to work in critical sectors of the economy. This was announced by Minister of National Unity Oleksiy Chernyshov during a visit to Berlin, where he presented the 'Unity Hubs' project.
According to the official, there is currently a severe shortage of labor in Ukraine, especially in the sectors of weapon production, energy, and reconstruction. 'If you work at a power plant, you will not be drafted into the army. You have a guarantee,' emphasized Chernyshov in a comment to the dpa agency.
The minister noted that recently a significant number of Ukrainian citizens are seriously considering the possibility of returning to their homeland.
For those who decide to stay in Germany, there is also support for employment and obtaining professional qualifications. 'They should not bear the responsibility of the German government,' Chernyshov stressed.
In Ukraine, centers are also planned to be created where men will be offered jobs in the defense sector.
