Ukrenergo has implemented emergency power outages due to Russian shelling.


'Ukrenergo' has decided to carry out emergency power outages due to the declared air alert, reports the company's press service.
It has been announced that on November 28, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, power outages will be implemented. This is the first stage of the outages.
At the beginning of the day, the Air Forces reported the launch of Russian strategic bombers Tu-95MS from the 'Olenya' airfield. Missile launches have been carried out. In this regard, a missile threat has been declared across Ukraine.
It should be noted that Russian forces are once again attacking the Ukrainian energy system. Attacks on energy facilities are taking place throughout Ukraine.
As a reminder, work to eliminate the consequences of the Russian attack on the country's energy system continues in Ukraine.
As is known, on November 17, Russian occupation forces carried out a massive launch of various types of missiles. According to Zelensky, Russia launched about 120 missiles and 90 drones, and air defense destroyed more than 140 aerial targets. After that, Ukraine's Minister of Energy German Galushchenko stated that Russian terrorists were attacking the energy system facilities of the entire country with missiles. Immediate power outages were implemented.
Also, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) reported that as a result of the Russian attack on November 17, the electrical capacity of Ukrainian nuclear power plants was reduced. At that Time, the energy infrastructure of Ukraine suffered.
