The Cabinet allows the booking of clergymen under a new procedure
The Cabinet of Ministers has allowed the booking of clergymen under a new procedure approved by the State Service for Ethnopolicy and Freedom of Conscience (DESS). This decision was made by government resolution No. 1498.
According to the list and criteria approved by DESS, religious organizations are now classified as critical institutions, along with representatives of donor organizations and international technical assistance project implementers.
This means that there will be no restrictions on the number of booked employees or salary limits for booking clergymen. Furthermore, in case of dismissal, the booking for clergymen will be canceled.
