In Odesa, a court imposed a probation period on a teenager for burning a military vehicle.


In the city of Odesa, a 16-year-old boy agreed to burn a military vehicle of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for money. He prepared fuel, set fire to it, and filmed everything on his phone. This was reported by 'Hromadske' referring to the court's decision.
According to the court, the boy received the task via Telegram. He photographed the car, sent the picture to the customer for confirmation, and then bought the fuel.
'On the night of October 15, 2024, he set fire to a Hyundai SantaFe on Bohdan Khmelnytsky Street. All actions were recorded on phone for reporting to customers', the materials of the case state.
During the court hearing, the boy admitted his guilt and expressed remorse. The court considered his minor age, positive reference, and absence of prior offenses and sentenced him to conditional punishment with a probation period.
We remind that a student from the agrarian lyceum of Vinnytsia region received a sentence for obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The court sentenced him to five years of imprisonment, which was replaced with two years of probation. According to the case materials, the accused was persuaded to commit a crime by an acquaintance who agreed to earn money at the suggestion of an unknown woman. Communication between the man and the woman occurred via Telegram.
An FSB agent detained in Kherson
The Security Service of Ukraine detained a Russian FSB agent who planned to carry out an explosion near the building of the territorial center for recruitment in Kherson. According to the instructions from Russian curators, the man was to leave a bag with a homemade explosive device at the entrance to the administrative building, after which the Russian special service planned to blow up the explosive along with its agent.
Russian special services involve minors in terrorist acts
The Security Service and the National Police uncovered a scheme in which Russian special services involved Ukrainian minors in preparing terrorist acts. In the city of Ternopil, a 14-year-old schoolgirl was detained, whom the occupiers recruited to blow up an explosive device near the district police department together with herself.
