According to Oleksiy Honcharenko, the head of the commission will be Oleksandr Bakumov, a people's deputy from the 'Servant of the People' party, and the deputy of this commission will be Mykhailo Tsymbaliuk, who is a people's deputy from the 'Fatherland' party.

Among the members of the Temporary Investigative Commission will also be Mariyana Bezuha and Roman Kostenko.
