An emergency decision on the conscription of military personnel was made in Ukraine: all due to the Russian attack.

The Cabinet of Ministers automatically extended deferrals from conscription for military service
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has automatically extended all deferrals from conscription during mobilization that were in effect as of December 19 for one month. This is stated in decree No. 1489 and a comment from the Ministry of Economy.
This decision is related to the temporary suspension of state registries due to a cyber attack.
Thus, if the term of an employee's deferral ended on December 20, 2024, it will be automatically extended until January 20, 2025. However, please note that if the deferral ended before December 19, 2024, it will not be extended. They can be renewed after the registries are operational again. The maximum extension period is until February 28, 2025.
'This decision allows military conscripts with valid deferrals to keep them without unnecessary procedures,' said Deputy Minister of Economy Vitaliy Kondrativ.
Earlier, military conscripts explained the difference in obtaining a deferral via Diya and TCK.
