Minimum pensions in Ukraine will remain unchanged until 2028
According to the Budget Declaration for 2025-2027, the amounts of minimum pensions in Ukraine will remain unchanged until 2028. This was reported by Socportal.
Currently, minimum pension payments in the country range from 2,725 to 3,370 hryvnias, depending on the age and work experience of the pensioner. The last increase took place in 2024 as part of the annual indexation.
According to sources, non-working pensioners receive 2,725 hryvnias without taking into account work experience. Pensioners under 70 years of age with a full insurance record (30 years for women, 35 for men) receive 2,980 hryvnias.
Persons aged 70 to 80 with a full record are entitled to a pension of 3,240 hryvnias. Pensioners aged 80 and over with 20 years for women and 25 years for men receive 3,370 hryvnias. The same amount is received by non-working pensioners from the age of 65 with a full insurance record.
The next review of the minimum pension payments can be expected no earlier than 2028.
