The e-Archive of Diplomatic Documents Launched in Ukraine.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has launched a new online portal called 'Diplomatic e-Archive'.
According to the information from the ministry, this portal gathers unique diplomatic documents that reveal the history of the Ukrainian diplomatic service, the activities of Ukrainian diplomatic missions and consular institutions, as well as foreign representations that were accredited in the Ukrainian People's Republic, the Ukrainian State, the USSR, and independent Ukraine.
This digital resource 'Diplomatic e-Archive' is significant for recreating the historical truth about the Ukrainian state-building tradition and the history of Ukrainian diplomacy.
The unique documents collected in the archive testify to the importance of Ukrainian diplomatic traditions, the contribution of Ukrainian diplomats to the development of international relations, and also demonstrate Ukraine's honesty in international relations and the centuries-old diplomatic and human ties that Ukraine has with its partners.
The Diplomatic e-Archive is also of great importance in the fight against disinformation and historical manipulation. This initiative emphasizes Ukraine's priority of supporting transparency and honesty.
The project 'Diplomatic e-Archive' was implemented with the support of UNDP in Ukraine and funding from the Government of Japan.
