Ukraine launches grain storage registry.

Ukraine has introduced a new information system for accounting for grain in warehouses
The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food announced that Ukraine has developed and put into operation an information and communication system called 'Main Register of Grain Warehouse Documents and Grain Accepted for Storage, and Grain Warehouse Register'.
'This new system will allow us to switch to paperless technologies and introduce an electronic grain warehouse document. In addition, it provides the possibility of integration with trading platforms for the development of the grain market in Ukraine,' said Minister of Agrarian Policy Vitaliy Koval.
Currently, the register of grain warehouse documents is located on the Diia.Engine unified platform of state registries. This allows for the management of grain transfer forms between warehouses.
Using a web browser, elevators can now work with the registry, and managers have the ability to manage user access directly in the system.
It is important to note that the registry has an API interface that allows for information exchange with grain warehouse accounting systems. An electronic signature is used for security when entering the system. Banks also have access to special workspaces for convenient work with the registry.
In addition, the registry is integrated with the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE), which allows for effective use of data, as well as the introduction of new reporting formats.
