In Ukraine, the rules for registering humanitarian cars for the Armed Forces of Ukraine have changed.

The Government of Ukraine has made changes to the procedure for registering and re-registering cars that are imported as humanitarian aid.
This was reported by the website of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The new rules for transferring equipment from philanthropists to Ukrainian organizations speed up the delivery of humanitarian aid.
Now a charitable organization can either leave the car on temporary registration or immediately transfer it to the final recipient. In case of transferring the car, the recipient issues a temporary registration coupon.
Changes in the registration procedure will simplify the logistics of humanitarian aid and speed up its delivery to those in need
To re-register a humanitarian car, a package of documents is required:
- act of acceptance-transfer of the vehicle;
- a copy of the declaration of the list of goods imported as humanitarian aid;
- the recipient's consent;
- order for the appointment of an authorized representative;
- power of attorney for the authorized representative;
- passport of the authorized representative;
- taxpayer's extract and EDRPOU certificate;
- temporary registration coupon;
- license plates.
The procedure also provides for the possibility of changing the recipient of humanitarian aid in agreement with the first recipient.
Cars imported as humanitarian aid can only be registered temporarily.
