Power Outage: How the Schedules Will Work on November 21.

Tomorrow, November 20, scheduled power outages will take place from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, reports Ukrenergo.
Outage schedule for November 21:
- 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM - first phase of outages;
- 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM - second phase of outages;
- 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM - third phase of outages.
This power supply restriction is related to damage to energy facilities after a massive missile-drone attack by Russia on November 17. Currently, emergency recovery work is being carried out, and power engineers are doing everything possible to restore the operation of damaged equipment. It is also emphasized not to turn on multiple powerful devices simultaneously when the power is restored.

According to President Volodymyr Zelensky, on November 17, the Russian occupying army carried out a massive missile attack, during which about 120 missiles and 90 drones were launched. Defense systems destroyed over 140 targets. Ukraine's Minister of Energy Herman Haluschenko reported that Russian terrorists attacked energy system facilities across the country, and it was necessary to introduce emergency power outages.
In addition, the monitors at Ukraine's nuclear power plants reported that the Russian attack on November 17 led to a decrease in capacity at the Ukrainian nuclear power plants.
