Responsibility for the TCC for illegal mobilization: The Rada will prepare bills.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is preparing bills that will be responsible for attempts to mobilize reserved employees of the TCC, reports the Judicial and Legal Newspaper.
Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernogorenko stated that the introduction of a digital system for automatic fines on draft evaders without their detention was planned by 2024. UAH 72 million has been allocated for this. However, the system is still not fully operational, despite initial plans and funding.
On January 20, the committees of the Verkhovna Rada on law enforcement and national security held a joint meeting.
During the meeting, Maksym Buzhansky, a member of the Rada's committee on law enforcement, noted that the digital mobilization system is still not operational, and the laws passed by the Rada are not being followed by the Ministry of Defense, the leadership of the Ground Forces, and the TCC.
According to available data, only 12% of draft evaders received fines, 45% are wanted, and the Ministry of Defense, the leadership of the Ground Forces, and the TCC are ignoring the laws.
Maksym Buzhansky also reported that a draft law will be developed on the responsibility of TCC employees for attempts to mobilize those who are not subject to mobilization or are reserved, and for employees of the VLK for the illegal issuance of unhealthy people as healthy.
We also remind you that the Ministry of Education has requested deferments from mobilization for students and teachers.
