Military personnel want to simplify receiving financial aid.

In the Verkhovna Rada, it is proposed to improve state policy in the field of social protection of military personnel and their families.
The law "On Social and Legal Protection of Military Personnel and Their Families" establishes the foundations of state policy in the field of social protection of military personnel and their families.
"The payment of a one-Time financial aid in case a serviceman is injured (concussion, trauma, or injury)"
Bill No. 11451 proposes to change the period during which a serviceman is entitled to receive financial aid and file lawsuits.
"One-time financial aid is assigned in case a serviceman is injured (concussion, trauma, or injury) or falls ill while performing military service duties. Also, a person discharged from service who has partially lost their work capacity due to the mentioned reasons can receive aid."
One-time financial aid is provided only with confirmation of the conclusion of the medical-social expert commission (MSEC).
The adoption of the bill will facilitate the regulation of the procedure for assigning and paying one-time financial aid to military personnel.
