At night, Ukraine was attacked by more than fifty 'Shaheds': how air defense performed.


The attack by Russian terrorists on Ukraine took place on the night of December 6. They used 53 unmanned aerial vehicles, including 'Shahed' and other models. This was reported by the press service of the Air Forces.
Currently, according to official information from the press service of the Air Forces and the Defense Forces of Ukraine, 32 enemy drones have been shot down in Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Chernihiv, Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions.
Additionally, the Ukrainian military lost another 16 drones, of which two went beyond the controlled airspace towards Belarus.
It is worth reminding that the war has already lasted for 1017 days. Over the past day, there have been 170 combat clashes. Ukrainian defenders are actively defending our territory and delivering fire strikes against the enemy, preventing them from advancing deeper into our territory.
The enemy launched two strikes on the territory of Ukraine, firing four missiles and using 599 kamikaze drones. There were also over 3,200 shellings of our positions and settlements.
The most tense situation was observed in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhiv directions.
