Russian occupiers attacked Kharkiv with drones
On the night of February 26, Russian occupiers carried out two drone attacks on the border town of Kharkiv. According to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, one attack occurred in the Kyiv district, and the other in the Shevchenkivskyi district.
In the Kyiv district, a drone hit the second floor of a building, while there was nobody in the apartment.
"As of one o'clock in the morning, two people sought (medical assistance) for acute stress reaction, and two others were carried out on stretchers by ambulance crews, they are receiving medical assistance, and doctors are examining them," said Dmitry Chubenko, a spokesman for the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
The third attack occurred on the central street of the city, where the road surface and the facade of a residential building were damaged.
According to the State Emergency Service, 5 residents were evacuated from the building, and 2 people were injured. A team of rescuers and psychologists from the State Emergency Service is working at the scene.
To provide assistance to the residents of the building, a quick response bus from the Kharkiv City Council was deployed.
