The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine updated data on the losses of Russian occupants as of the morning of Saturday, January 18, 2025.
Russia's losses in the war as of January 18, 2025
As of today, Russia has suffered the following losses in the war with Ukraine:
- personnel - about 817160 (+1340) persons;
- tanks - 9803 (+0) units;
- armored fighting vehicles - 20394 (+13) units;
- artillery systems - 22040 (+21) units;
- anti-aircraft missile systems - 1262 (+0) units;
- air defense means - 1046 (+0) units;
- airplanes - 369 (+0) units;
- helicopters - 331 (+0) units;
- operational-tactical level unmanned aerial vehicles - 22579 (+13) units;
- cruise missiles - 3049 (+0) units;
- ships/boats - 28 (+0) units;
- submarines - 1 (+0) unit;
- vehicles and tank trucks - 34325 (+69) units;
- special equipment - 3699 (+0) units.
Activity of the occupants' fleet as of January 18
- In the Black Sea, there are no enemy ships;
- In the Sea of Azov, there are no enemy ships;
- In the Mediterranean Sea, there are seven enemy ships, two of which are carriers of 'Kalibr' cruise missiles and can launch up to 22 missiles simultaneously.
Over the past day, the following vessels passed through the Kerch Strait for Russia:
- to the Black Sea - three vessels, of which two continued towards the Bosporus;
- to the Sea of Azov - nine vessels, four of which moved from the Bosporus.
The full-scale war in Ukraine is already in its 1060th day.
