In a week, DTEK restored power to more than 364 thousand homes after shelling.


DTEK energy workers restored power supply to many families in eastern Ukraine
During the past week, DTEK energy workers successfully restored power to more than 364 thousand families in 235 settlements that were left without power due to shelling in Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk and Odesa regions, the company reports.
The largest number of restorations was registered in the Donetsk region, which is the center of the fiercest fighting. During the week, energy workers managed to return power to the homes of 319.3 thousand families.
DTEK energy workers start repairs immediately after the cessation of shelling and obtaining permission from the military. However, shelling in the Dnipropetrovsk region continues.
From September 9 to 15, DTEK energy workers managed to restore power supply to 29.8 thousand families in the Dnipropetrovsk region, who were left without electricity due to enemy shelling. Also, the Odesa region often becomes a target of enemy attacks.
Last week, power supply was restored to 15.1 thousand homes.
Recall that a week ago, Rinat Akhmetov's DTEK energy workers managed to restore power to more than 311 thousand families in 104 settlements that were left without electricity due to shelling in the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk and Odesa regions.
