Earlier today, on November 19, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky presented the Resilience Plan in the Verkhovna Rada.
The government provides free one-Time meals for students in grades 1-4 starting in October. For this purpose, 2 billion hryvnias have been allocated in the 2024 budget, which will be transferred to local communities as a subsidy. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science. The mechanism for distributing the subsidy funds will ensure equal conditions for organizing meals in all general secondary education institutions across the country.
