President Zelensky: The Armed Forces of Ukraine have already gotten used to the Kursk region
President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have already gotten used to the Kursk region. This was reported by 'Hlavkom' referring to Zelensky's evening address.
Today, Zelensky listened to the report of Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi and discussed the situation at the front and the Kursk operation.
According to the president, Ukrainian forces have maintained a buffer zone on Russian territory for almost seven months now. He noted that the AFU have already gotten used to the Kursk region.
Zelensky also reminded about the 80th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade and thanked them for their good results in the Kursk direction.

Ukrainian forces regained control over the settlement of Kotlyne, located near Pokrovsk. This was reported by 'Hlavkom' referring to the 25th Separate Airborne Dnipropetrovsk Brigade.
According to the DeepState project, which quotes the paratroopers, during the storming and recovery actions, the Defense Forces cleared the main part of the settlement of Kotlyne.
Lieutenant Colonel 'Tavr' Krotevich leaves the Army
Lieutenant Colonel Bohdan 'Tavr' Krotevich is completing his military service and leaving the position of chief of staff of the 12th Special Purpose Brigade 'Azov'. This was reported by 'Hlavkom' based on a post from 'Azov' itself.
'Tavr' joined the brigade in 2014 and has come a long way from infantryman to platoon commander. He participated in key combat operations of ATO/JFO and developed the unit, his comrades note.
