Zelensky addressed partners after Russia's attack on Kyiv.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky commented on the night mass attack that Russia carried out on the territory of Ukraine. According to him, the RF arranged a combined strike that lasted for almost ten hours. The head of state addressed the partners.

Zelensky demands partners to strengthen defense

According to the head of state, Russia launched a total of 18 missiles, including ballistic ones, and approximately 400 strike drones, almost 200 of which are Shahid-type drones.

The main target of the attack again became Kyiv and its suburbs, but strikes were also recorded in the Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava, Kirovohrad, and Kharkiv regions. In the capital, two people died, and another 16 were injured. The president expressed condolences to the families of the deceased.

The president called on partners to act faster: to strengthen sanctions against the aggressor country, invest in the defense industry and technologies, and increase the production of weapons. 'Today I will discuss with partners, including within the coalition of willing, additional funding for the production of interceptor drones and the supply of air defense systems for Ukraine. The tasks are absolutely clear. We need to respond harshly to such Russian strikes. This is how we will react,' Zelensky stated.

Let us remind that in Kyiv more than a dozen people were injured, and two died.

In addition, Volodymyr Zelensky held talks with the President of Italy, where he spoke about the situation after the attack.
