Recall that on Friday, February 28, a meeting took place in Washington between US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Zelensky arrived to sign an agreement on minerals.
However, during the meeting, a heated argument arose. As he answered reporters' questions, US Vice President Jay D. Vance interrupted the conversation after Zelensky's comments about the need to provide Ukraine with security guarantees and to actively involve it in the negotiation process.
After the conflict, President Volodymyr Zelensky thanked the American people, President Donald Trump, and Congress for their support, but refused to apologize to Trump.
It is worth noting that after the sharp dispute that occurred during the meeting between US Presidents Donald Trump and Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelensky, world leaders decided to express their support for Ukraine and its president.
