The Armed Forces of Ukraine have defeated a large group of RF saboteurs in Kursk.

Ukrainian paratroopers successfully repelled Russian saboteurs in the Kursk region
Information about this was reported by AFU officer Myroslav Hai in his post on Facebook.
According to Hai, the occupiers tried to use the same tactics as during the Avdiivka operation - moving through underground communications and engineering structures. They planned to penetrate the territory controlled by the AFU through the underground gas pipeline 'Progres' in the Sudzhan district.
'The enemy tried to act according to the scenario of the Avdiivka operation, using engineering structures to penetrate the territory controlled by the AFU,' the officer noted.
However, the command of one of the assault brigades already had intelligence data about the Russians' intentions in advance. The Ukrainian military outsmarted the enemy and organized an ambush, waiting for the saboteurs to emerge from the tunnel and gather in one place.
'The decisive moment - the exit from the pipe was blocked, preventing the evacuation of the enemy group. After that - destruction. About 80% of the enemy was eliminated,' said Myroslav Hai.
According to him, objective control and radio interceptions confirmed the panic among the Russian military, who complained that they had been sent to a certain death.
The AFU officer also added that the events of this war are so dramatic and unexpected that after the victory of the Ukrainians, there will be no need to invent scenarios for films - it will be enough to describe real stories, and 'Hollywood will quietly rest on the sidelines.'
According to the data of the General Staff of the AFU, in the operational zone in Kursk on March 7, the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled 26 attacks from Russian invaders in one day. In addition, the enemy made 31 airstrikes using 42 guided bombs and carried out 444 artillery shellings of the positions of the Ukrainian troops and settlements, of which 20 were from multiple launch rocket systems.
Earlier, the General Staff commented on the attempts of the RF Armed Forces to penetrate Sumy region.
