Which categories of Kyiv residents will receive a monthly payment of 2500 hryvnias.

In our challenging reality, more and more people need additional support. This assistance is provided by various charitable foundations, international organizations, the government, as well as local administrations.
The city program 'Care. Towards Kyiv residents' allows for monthly payments ranging from 1200 to 2500 hryvnias, one-Time targeted assistance, and other types of social support.
This long-term program is one of the significant achievements of the capital and distinguishes Kyiv from other cities in Ukraine. Despite the difficult conditions of wartime, the city has managed to maintain these payments.
The program not only includes various payments but also the provision of prostheses, means of transportation and rehabilitation, as well as personal hygiene items. It also includes compensation for preferential travel and sanatorium-resort treatment for privileged citizens. Additionally, the program plans to establish centers for the provision of social and rehabilitation services.
Monthly assistance can be received by Kyiv residents or internally displaced persons living in Kyiv. The amount of this assistance depends on the category and amounts to 2500, 2000, or 1200 hryvnias.
2500 hryvnias can be received by children with disabilities of subgroup A, children with disabilities who have guardians or are raised in family-type children's homes or in foster families, orphans, individuals with disabilities of group 1 of subgroup A, if their pension does not exceed 3 living minimums for non-working persons, and individuals with disabilities of group 1 of subgroup A who receive state social assistance.
2000 hryvnias are provided to children with disabilities, children under guardianship or custody, individuals with disabilities of group 1, if the pension amount is less than 3 living minimums for non-working persons, individuals with disabilities of group 1 who are recipients of state social payments, and individuals who receive assistance for severely ill children.
1200 hryvnias are provided to individuals with disabilities of group 2 who are recipients of state social assistance.
One-time targeted assistance can also be received by low-income Kyiv residents or those who find themselves in difficult life circumstances. This assistance is also available to internally displaced persons belonging to the specified categories.
Payments under the program usually go to current pension accounts or to accounts held by participants of the municipal 'Kyiv resident card'. Beneficiaries receiving payments via Ukrposhta can collect money at the post office or have payments delivered to their home along with their pension.
In addition to monetary assistance, residents of Kyiv also receive 11 social services for free, which are funded by the city.
Social services can also be received by those whose pension exceeds the established limit. For them, a full or differentiated tariff is set.
The city of Kyiv provides support to socially vulnerable Kyiv residents in the conditions of war and economic challenges.
