General evaluates the potential of the Russian army for an offensive.

According to retired Lieutenant General Igor Romanenko, the Russian army has set 'records' for losses on the front, but it still has the potential for an offensive in certain directions. He mentioned this on the FREEДОМ channel. According to him, the Russian adversary is regrouping and concentrating its resources on specific directions after suffering losses. Previously, Russian occupiers tried to capture Pokrovsk in Donetsk, but failed due to the intervention of Ukrainian defense forces. However, they managed to capture Vugledar, and now a threatening situation is developing around Kurakhove. The expert also noted that the Russians are avoiding urban combat. Their plans involve cutting off logistical supply routes for Ukrainian forces stationed in Kurakhove to force them to leave the area and minimize urban combat.
