Russians are trying to break through the border in Sumy region: details from the State Border Guard Service.

In the Sumy region, Russian troops continue to attempt to break through the Ukrainian border, concentrating their attacks in the areas of Noven'ke and Zhuravka.
This was reported by the spokesperson of the State Border Guard Service, Andriy Demchenko, during a broadcast of the telethon 'United News', according to 'Glavkom'.
According to Demchenko, 'the most attempts are being recorded in the direction of the settlements of Noven'ke and Zhuravka'. Ukrainian troops are doing everything necessary to prevent the enemy from achieving their goals, destroying groups of militants both after crossing the border and at the approaches to Ukrainian territory.
The spokesperson of the State Border Guard Service assumes that the Russians will try to expand the directions of the assault of their groups. 'The enemy is particularly active in the Kursk region, where he has a significant number of forces and means and is trying to destroy our units,' Demchenko noted.
Challenges for Russia
It is worth noting that Russia is facing challenges that complicate conducting full-scale war in Ukraine. Analysts point to significant losses of the Russian army (in particular, over 4 thousand tanks according to General Oleksandr Kavoli) and low quality of recruits. Moreover, the Russian economy is suffering as resources are directed towards the defense sector, depriving the civilian economy of support.
Tense situation at the border
Analyzing what has been written, it can be said that the situation on Ukraine's eastern border remains tense. Russian troops continue to attempt to penetrate Ukrainian territory, but Ukrainian military forces are doing everything possible to prevent this. Russia is facing significant difficulties both in military and economic spheres, which may indicate a change in the balance of power in the conflict.
