President Trump Comments on Lawsuit and Judge Assignment

President Donald Trump responded on Truth Social after Judge James Boasberg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia was assigned to hear a lawsuit against several administration officials of Trump and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).

Boasberg, an Obama nominee, is also overseeing a lawsuit against Trump regarding his use of the foreign enemies statute for the potential deportation of Venezuelan members of Tren de Aragua, which the U.S. has designated as a foreign terrorist organization.

'What a shameful situation! Judge James Boasberg has just received his fourth 'Trump case,' which is statistically impossible. A Republican, especially a Trumpist, has no chance of winning before him. He is seriously conflicted, not only in his hatred for me - a massive case of Trump overload syndrome! - but also due to conflicts in his family that destabilize him,' Trump writes.

'Boasberg, who is the presiding judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, seems to have taken 'Trump cases' for himself, even though it should not be that way. Does anything still exist such as a 'wheel' where judges are chosen fairly and randomly?' he continued.

'The good news, as it may seem, is that it probably doesn't matter, as it is virtually impossible for me to get a fair decision in the District of Columbia. Courts in our country are torn, especially in New York and Columbia, the biggest of all in detecting corruption and radicalism. An immediate investigation into this fake system is needed before it's too late!'

Trump has called for Boasberg's impeachment this month.

Calling him a 'radical left lunatic judge, a rebel, and a provocateur,' Trump declared in a post on Truth Social, which does not mention Boasberg's name, 'This judge, like many Bloody judges I am forced to appear before, MUST BE IMPEACHED!!!'

The lawsuit being handled by Boasberg was filed by a self-proclaimed 'watchdog organization' American Oversight.

Among the defendants named in the lawsuit are Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, as well as NARA.
